I loved the recommendations the staff gave for places to eat. they were helpful. breakfast included an extraordinary four-course a la carte experience. The service was friendly. the staff packed our car and made sure we had something to drink for our journey.

The hotel laundry damaged my travel companion's clothing. the hotel refused to compensate for the loss. the manager also misled my companion regarding the situation. We have documentation of this.
